The team at Thorne and Carter are highly professional, attentive and caring. Due to COVID-19 and other litigating factors our chain went through a number of permutations over several months. John, Henry, Clive and the others were always there to quickly communicate with us, and our chain, finding out the latest information, claiming our concerns and giving us peace of mind. By the day of exchange of contracts, they almost felt like family! I cannot rate them highly enough.
