They don't seem to care. Following extremely poor tenant recruitment and management of a let property owned by my elderly father (and costing him over £15k in lost rent, court, clearance and solicitors costs to rectify) we lodged a complaint to Drew Pearce in April. Drew Pearce claim to have a 7 day turnaround on complaints but 4 months later I have only received (after prompting) an acknowledgment that they have received and read my complaint - nothing further and their phone goes permanently to answerphone. I appreciate there is Covid but I provided every detail of the case and surely this can be resolved from a home desk? We want an answer! Come on Drew Pearce, get your act together.
