Awful, do yourselves a favour instruct another Estate agent to sell your homes your possibly losing thousands of pounds, so I viewed a maisonette put an offer in and had a missed call, But no voicemail that very evening I went back on Rightmove to see the property was sold subject to contract. When I managed to speak to someone I was told the vendor had received the asking price. (Well was the vendor not interested in selling over the asking price?).... old habits seem to die hard with this company I purchased a property with them in 2012 I remember struggling to get my offer put forward so I ended up driving to the vendors home and agreed a price with him there and then.

Disappointed to read your comments especially as you have every opportunity to put forward a revised offer...the property is on the market for £249,995 and you put forward an offer considerably below this figure , 10% under asking price !!.After making your offer we tried to contact you that evening , to which there was no reply and you made no further contact with the office for another 24 hours.
Wj meade prides itself on providing a first class service for our vendors and achieving the highest figure against asking price ...
Sorry your offer hasn’t been accepted in this case, but delighted to have a very happy vendor with the price obtained ...
