After having our house on the market for 7 months without selling we decided to switch to Mayhews and what a great decision it turned out to be. We were instantly impressed by Mayhews personable and professional approach and felt positive that Tom & the team would enable us to sell our house and move to our next home.
Within two months we had sold our house and Mayhews also helped us find our perfect home to move to. Throughout the moving process there were delays and complications outside of our control, but throughout these challenges Mayhews proactively co-ordinated and pressed for resolutions across the chain, whilst maintaining an exceptional level of communication and transparency. Its fair to say that without their continuous efforts and driven approach the move may not have materialised.
We are very thankful for Mayhews efforts, drive, and ability to push the transaction through the many challenges that we faced, and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agent that will provide an exceptional level of professionalism and customer service throughout the transaction.
