Prestige Estates MK managed my property for 3 years and when I decided I wanted my property back I was told that the tenants had left my house with around £2,500 worth of damage, many of which would have been present when Prestige did their “inspections” but they were never put in the report. Their attitude of the damage was not sympathetic, instead at times I was met with rudeness and that added with the damage of my house left me devastated and unable to sleep. It took a long time for me to emotionally get through this. They did help with arranging to fix most of the repairs but it took months before they even started with the work, when they did finish the house I went to see it, there were still problems that were left for me to deal with, like huge leak stains in the ceiling, dirty food all over the walls, they refused to remove the damaged table set etc. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend them as a letting agent to look after a property if you care about your flat or house, as my house was clearly not looked after by them, even though they were happy to take their monthly commission, that’s just my honest and fair opinion.
