We were buying a house late in 2019 and the communication (or lack thereof) from Walker Laird was appalling. They were rude to us and rude to our conveyancing solicitor.
Had we gone for a second viewing, we would have informed the vendor. Had we been first time buyers, we would have been scared off by them and the vendor would have missed out on a sale. Work for the vendors, as estate agents should...? Walker Laird do not. Steer clear, whether buying or selling.
