We have recently sold a property through Adams and Rose and we would like everyone to know how amazing they were. Stuart was very professional and the team was incredibly hard-working. We had over 50 viewings and sold our house during a very difficult period - Brexit - then covid-19. Stuart at Adams and Rose listened to our requests and needs and respected our wishes and opinions at every step of the process. Due to their perseverance, we sold the property within our agreed price range, which enabled us to buy the house we wanted. The transaction was made very complicated due to the on-set of lockdown in the UK and 5 properties in the chain (2 being elderly). Stuart communicated on a daily basis with all the solicitors and agents in the chain to ensure the sale went through by exchanging and completing on the same day. I honestly think that they achieved the impossible and that it would not have been possible without their perseverance, hard work and tenacity at such an uncertain and difficult time. Thank you Adams and Rose.
