I recently made a move abroad and decided to let my property through Martin & Co in Chichester. From start to finish the process was made very easy for me, which was ideal concidering the amount I had to prepare for my move away! I was so pleased that tenenats were found quickly and that the property was let at the asking price. The manaement of both mantenance and the accounts has been handled proffesionaly and efficiently as you would expect and the team there are great to speak to. I thoroughly recommend using Martin & Co Chichester to anyone wanting to rent out their property.
