Samantha was my first point of contact at the Manning Stainton Garforth branch and I found her to be very friendly and put me at ease from the start, her customer service was excellent throughout the sales procedure. I felt very supported and as though nothing was too much trouble.
Samantha kept in touch with me regularly and gave useful detail about the position of each person wanting to view my house, she was prompt with getting back to me on their responses too.
Within the week my house went to sealed bids and I really appreciated her guidance through a process that was new to me.
I felt Samantha was really in my corner and believed in the value of my house which exactly what you want in a Sales Negotiator.
I found Fiona to be professional, motivated and supportive as my Move Manager throughout a very frustrating sale process.
I sold to a first time buyer and with no chain myself the process should have been pretty quick... 5 months later we finally completed.
Fiona kept me up to date with any progress and was very sympathetic towards me. I really felt she was on the case and doing all she could.
As a separate word of advice, I would recommend checking on the type of conveyancing solicitor your buyer has chosen. Mine appeared to have gone with some kind of call centre! Absolutely shocking service from Premium Property Lawyers (Leicester) which along with a very fussy buyer this delayed the process massively. I'm sure Fiona will be able to give more details if required.
Fiona was great and once we eventually completed on the property I was actually a little sad to say goodbye! Haha! :)
