left without heating and hot water for 3 weeks. Have informd the joke of a management team every day for the last 3 weeks have been told twice it had been fixed only to find it hadnt and they were once again just saying anything to get us off the phone. If the so called management team had dealt with the problem the 1st or 2nd time we raised the issue instead of lying to us then this problem could have been fixed much sooner!

Ou toilet also broke and I was told to "calm down" when i complained at 3pm for the 5th time in one day that knowone had contacted me to arrange a repair, not sure how you can be calm when you have no working toilet in your home!

We asked for a rent reduction as we have been left without hot water and heating for 3 weeks and were told no as we could get heating/hotwater if we re set the boiler every 5 minutes!!!

Will NEVER EVER EVER let a property with this bunch of jokers again the staff are rude, unhelpful and do not know what they are talking about!!
