I have sold several properties during my lifetime and without a shadow of a doubt, Healy and Newsom have been the best estate agents I have used. From beginning to end they have been friendly, helpful, professional and thorough, and they have always contacted me or responded to my queries within a short space of time. I have valued the sensible, helpful advice I have been given, and they have helped me through every step of the selling process. They even helped me out by giving me good advice about my related purchase - it was like having a knowledgeable friend help me out every step of the way.
Healy and Newsom know their local market well. They gave me a realistic valuation and predicted a likely timeline, both of which were really helpful in helping me plan my onward purchase. I got the feeling that they were much more interested in doing a complete, professional job where I was very much the valued customer, rather than saying what they thought I wanted to hear in order to get my custom. Above all I felt I could trust all the staff, and trust that they were doing the best job for me.
I really cannot thank Simon and his team enough. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a professional, trustworthy and friendly service.
