I was recommended Nick Green by a friend who spoke highly of him, and even though the natural thing to do when looking for a mortgage consultant would be is to find one locally i took a leap of faith and gave Nick a chance and yes Nick was 100 miles away . I made the call in March 2018, and we went through 3 attempts in purchasing a property all of which fell through for one reason or another, which took best part of 6 months, but Nick did not once waiver, nor did his team, he even shared his own contacts with me to help with another legal matter which resulted in a huge success.
Finally after 3 failed attempts in buying a house we finally managed to complete in October 2019 .
Every step of the way Nick held my hand and assured me that all would work out for the better. Never once did i not get a reply when I called and left a message, and never once was any member of his staff rude or fed up of hearing from me.
I couldn’t recommend Alternative estates highly enough for those who need a mortgage consultant or any service that Alternative Estates provide
