Goldin Lemcke have sold a Hove flat for me. The initial valuation was by Simon Goldin. The agent's commission we agreed was keen, and property details were well prepared. Viewings have been handled by the three front-of-house staff, Simon Goldin, Miles Tarbox and Toby Welton. They've put a lot of energy into viewings, and into negotiations with possible buyers. I did have a potential buyer who turned out to be a time waster, with the issue resolved professionally by the team. As my sale went through they dealt with quite a few little queries raised by the buyer, and did this well.
I expect to use Goldin Lemcke again.
