Just to clarify the bad review on this agent, I am the land lady of the property that Elizabeth rented, and it’s a shame that you cannot bad review tenants as this would properly reflect why the above happened.
Unfortunately the level of cleaning in the property was astonishing, when you don’t clean a toilet for months it’s going to have a built up and therefore create damage. First reason for a deduction in deposit. When you have pets at a property that damage your carpets to the point that they need replacing yet you lie about it and state that the damage was already there, second reason for a deduction in deposit. When you realise on the departure inventory that the whole house has no working light bulbs which cost the earth to then replace for the new tenant, third reason for deduction in deposit. And the list goes on.
I do believe that these tenants were lucky for this to not be taken to a civil court!!

I would 100% trust the legality of this agent, Rosendale Pavitt and to take this bad review with a pinch of salt

This review is clearly a bitter one. The tenants actually lost a chunk of the deposit due to the state they left the house in. They failed to empty the house with the rubbish bins and hadn’t cleaned the toilets for over 12 months. Unfortunately they could have disputed the deposit in court but due to fact they were in the wrong this did not happen
