sh properties is the worst estate agents ever, i wouldn't recommend any students to go there to rent a house. me and 4 others are renting a house now, they told us a false day in which we could move in so the day we was meant to move into the property there where still tenants living in the house who had no knowledge of us even coming. When we finally moved into the property the house wasn't even clean! the garden was an absolute state, to top it all of can you imagine the kitchen was filthy, one of the toilets had a leak, the sink in the kitchen also had a leak and the estate agent even had the audacity to lie to one of the tenants telling them that all the rooms where near enough the same size, leaving her to pay the same amount for a single room as a double. to top it all off the day that we was rearranged to move in we had to wait a further 2 hours as the estate agent Sunny could gain access to the keys. To be honest if any students are reading this don't bother even considering using these estate agents as they feel that they shouldn't fulfil there job role to there full potential and can get away with things due to dealing with students.
What agent could do to change your mind?
the estate agents could of been honest and not made numerous promises then acted as if we where in the wrong once he couldnt keep to them.

I can confirm I dealt with Sunny and received similar terrible service. The fact the review mentions him by name proves that this reviewer dealt with the same agent as me.
