All very good at start of tenancy, seemed very professional, nice shiny packs - regular phone calls. I felt that agents knew what they were doing. During tenancy they arrange property visits, not a problem, except they rarely kept appointments. When problems occurred they sent their own workmen round without consulting with landlord and whether warranties were in place. Property visits didn\'t really happen, when they did we got no feedback. On checkout we had a horrible time. Heckled by property manager, threatened with fines for changing locks, checkout fees, etc. if we couldn\'t accomodate their timings. Inventory clerk they hire is different from the one who checks you in, so prepare to be shafted. Note clause when signing tenancy about \'tenant will pay for check out costs\' and note that the wording doesn\'t mention that cost. Well, be prepared to pay at least £200! Then there\'s the checkout report - the ultimate betrayal. they list loads of things wrong with flat/house and demand that the landlord take as much of your deposit away as possible. This is why property inspections are nothing more than a phonecall and a two minute video. Very sloppy, slow to refund deposit. Keep evidence, records of everything if you rent through this company.
