We received a card through door after thinking about selling and going to a retirement complex.
Having phoned office an appointment was made and a young man Tom attended our bungalow.
He was very professional, honest, polite and nice he did not plonk a mobile phone or laptop on our table.
Tom took all the details etc and said "I will try to get it on line this afternoon". it was on line the same day and within 24 hrs had 3 viewings.
As we are from the older generation we found Tom a pleasure to have dealings with.
Well done Tom and a big thank you
