The lady I met at the property was called Rachel Pattison who I found extremely helpful. She explained to me in great detail the various steps needed to get my property ready for rental. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend Ryder & Dutton based on the service I have received so far.
Comment on agent fees
Fees are similar to others I have looked at, however I would prefer not to have to pay for 'Rent on Time'.

I was very sorry to hear that you were disappointed with our service, bearing in mind that we managed to get you a mortgage which suited all of your requirements.
Unfortunately, when applying for a remortgage, we can only ever estimate the amount of money you will need to clear or "redeem" the existing mortgage, as the balance on your account changes every day. Therefore we can never provide exact costs until the Solicitor obtains your closing (redemption) balance.
