Used Edward Mellor to rent out a house.
Continually lied to. Went to the office and told further mistruths.
Followed up with Management and was completely misinformed.
Absolutely useless.
There was damage to the house but as records had not been kept up to date they couldn't say which tenant had caused the damage. Security deposit refunded to the wrong bank account. Personal details given out.
