My property had been on the market for nearly a year when I finally went with my gut and Goldin Lemcke. From the start the service was super professional with pragmatic advice and a personalised service. I was kept up to date with viewings and feedback and within a few weeks my property was sold at a price I was happy with (despite the terrible state of the market). They worked hard to get the sale e.g. by following up people who had decided to buy somewhere else but had seemed interested and that's where we got a number of our second viewings. Getting to completion was the usual nightmare but here is where Goldin Lemcke really earned their money - every problem was taken from my shoulders and sorted. They listened to my probably unreasonable gripes and views and then employed exceptional diplomacy to get to a position my buyers could agree to. They chased lawyers, buyers, recommended tradespeople and gave me really good advice. They not only saved me money, they saved me many grey hairs. I've never really thought estate agents did much but these guys earned every penny!

Despite offering a much better service than most, their fees were the most competitive. Very good!
