I would love to say what a good service I received from Merryweathers when I recently sold my late mother's house.
My first meeting with Scott soon convinced me that I had made the right choice and avoided the impersonal "Online" estate agents. His abundance of local knowledge impressed me and at the end of our first meeting I felt reassured that the asking price was correct.
Thereafter, the friendliness and professionalism of Steve remained until the house was sold.
I highly recommend Merryweathers for their first class service.

Where do I begin.. please avoid this company.. we made offer and went through mortgage advisors and all sorts now to be told house the garden isn't freehold. They advertised as all of it freehold. I will be taking action against this company we wouldn't of made an offer if we knew it was leasehold ...
