LET it recently took over the management of my flat in Glasgow. Having rented it for around three years with a previous well known national letting agent, I have been really impressed with how simple you have made the whole process since I switched. Previously I had to spend much more of my time liaising with my former agent on matters which I understand now can be easily handled by a competent firm like LET it.
Your input and assistance were a huge help in assessing the property, establishing market rates, and promoting and advertising the flat, you explained everything clearly and prepared an excellent information pack for our first meeting. Since then, you have been very professional, and have already handled regular annual maintenance tasks with minimum of fuss and inconvenience to me (which is a big improvement over my previous letting agent!)
I would have no hesitation in recommending LET it to anyone who rents out property!
