Went through hell with this agent after vacating our property with the contract satisfied and all payments up to date. They decided to deduct an extortionate amount based on what they considered issues and ignored pretty much everything we had to say, including an issue we had already raised with them in the past but conveniently ignored now. They even went as far as telling us if we accepted liability for a contractor's payment, as in lieu of chosing our own, then they'd return the rest of our money. Regardless, once the contractor had their way they decided they require payment of a further 60%!
They'll try to milk you for every penny they can. Avoid.
