I grew up in an Estate Agents office as my Dad was a partner in a firm, so I feel I know the business well. I have been extremely impressed, with Georgie and all the staff I have encountered at Stags. My general impression is that they were relaxed, friendly, but diligent. Their communications were excellent in tone, accuracy and timeliness. Georgie and other staff kept good records, allowing on the odd occasion when Georgie wasn't available, for anyone to help and advise. Georgie kept in regular contact by email or telephone, depending on urgency of the matter. Communications were responded to in a timely manner. Georgie was straightforward and friendly, like many of the staff. I have not found her or the staff pushy and was not contacted unnecessarily. They handled a tricky situation that arose professionally and assertively, rather than aggressively. The process felt like the business transaction is it, rather than a free-for- all that other agents can descend into. I would not think twice about recommending them or using them again. My impression was confirmed by a family friend, working in conveyancing. Thank you Georgie for all your help, you made it happen!
