These people were responsible for selling a relative's flat after their death! They seemed to have no consideration of above and were horrible when I tried to get in touch with them!

I am really astonished - they have been our solicitors for over 30 years and we have both bought and sold property through them. They have been superb - Murdo Gunn then more recently Philip Frew - they have done it with no dramas and with the last sale got a better price than any other agency said we would get - always very polite too. sorry to hear yours did not go as well
