I used Edward mello estate agents,they asked if we would like to use there solicitors,what they didn't say was they use move with us as an intermediary,searches cost 389 pounds the solicitor asked for £350, two weeks letter had a call off move with us,told I hadn't paid enough and wanted £29.8 more before searches,didn't do a coal mine search,had to pay solicitor 39£ more for it to be carried out.it I knew from Edward mellor they went through move with us,I would not have gone with them,so feel duped and angry.
