The property sold within two days, what a result! Karen and all her staff were extremely helpful and professional, they really know their business. Communication was excellent, I was kept up to date on progress of the sale on a regular basis. They acted on my behalf as intermediary's between solicitors and the buyers, negotiating the sale price and the completion date. I am 100% satisfied with the service I received. If you are selling a property choose Karen Ritchie Estates .......... you wont be disappointed.
