We recently sold our property through Taylor Cole and as a first time seller we couldn't have been happier with the ease of doing so due to the support of Taylor Cole.
We had a few Estate Agents come to give us a valuation, all three valued our property at the same price so who we chose wasn't down to price. What sold Taylor Cole to us was the friendly & professional approach of Jack when viewing our property for the first time and the team there when conducting viewings. This coupled with unrivaled photography of the property and a strong knowledge of their customers needs allowed our property to sell within 10 days of being on the market.
The after sales was great also, providing support to ourselves whilst we awaited solicitors to do what they do and keeping us up to date with any questions that came in from our buyer that helped speed the process up.
Overall I could not recommend Taylor Cole highly enough, we recently recommended Taylor Cole to one of our friends who have also experienced the high standards we did.
We will certainly use Taylor Cole again in the future.
