I want to say how pleased I am with all the hard work Joe put in towards securing exchange of contracts on my new house. The whole process was snagged by delays and uncertainties, not the fault of the estate agents. Joe's excellent communication skills along with his immediate willingness to make enquiries to solicitors and estate agents was outstanding. Even when he went on holiday he was texting me. He knew whilst abroad that contracts had been exchanged and texted me the news before I heard from the solicitor!
Comment on agent fees
I could not have got better agent’s fees. They certainly worked for every penny.
