We had a tricky chain and needed our sale to be handled at speed and our seller to be treated with care. We were repeatedly impressed with the patience, initiative and dogged determination of the Goldin Lemcke team. They made a potentially agonising process pass with minimal pain.
Comment on agent fees
We looked at online estate agents, which were substantially cheaper. However, given our complex needs, we were happy to pay the extra to hand this over to Toby to take care of. He was worth every penny.
