As an international student, I have been afraid of the struggles that comes with finding a new flat. Fortunately, the agency has helped us all the way through the process, without any problems. The communication has been super-easy and the staff has been incredibly helpful. Moreover, on many occasions I felt that the service they provided exceeded my expectations. For example when we had issues with our sink getting plugged, after one e-mail, the next day the plumber was sent to fix it. Or when our washing machine broke, it was all changed within a week free of charge.
But these are just small things compared to the fact that I have been living in Charfield Court for more than a year now absolutely comfortably with the safety, that if anything happens I can count on London Wide Estates.
I am very grateful for the staff and I can 100% recommend to anyone looking for a flat!
