it was terrible , from moving into the house
1.The house was in dept will gas and electric and were on meters (which was not told to us) this cost us
£150. extra in cash they had to stay on as the house had bad credit no one would put any unites in the house with out them being on a meter. WHICH COST MORE
2.We asked them to come fix guttering WE DID as they didn\'t come out to do it.
3.The fence we fixed got charge for it at the end ( ARE DOG GOT KILLED AS IT GOT OUT)
4.Door Handles came of would not come and fix them as we were moving out in 2 months and they said they would do it then.
5. They fixed the washing machine WHAT a joke , we got charged £ 50 for that. (as it was are fault for using it)
6.STILL waiting for my deposit back left the house 8 June and its 14 August 2012 ( £1650.00)
7. Nothing seem to be logged like phone calls made to the office as I made so many and they some time got back to you
8. When signing over the house back to them this was there cost
Compensation towards cleaning omissions: GBP 180.00
Compensation towards carpet cleaning: GBP 252.00
Compensation towards eventual redecoration: GBP 90.00
Compensation towards eventual garden tidy: GBP 160.00
Compensation towards reinstatement of rear fence: GBP 20.00 (there is no record of agreement being given for a gate to be installed to give access the land behind the garden)
Most of the above charges are noted on the attached report in red
Cost of Check Out, as per Clause 4(b) of the Tenancy Agreement: GBP 200.00
Agreed charge for repair to washing machine: GBP 55.00
Total proposed charges: GBP 957.00

THIS WAS LIKE 1 MONTHS RENT
we left that house as clean as we found it and better repaired.
9. We had a shower in the bedroom which was never used, as it leaked water all down the walls in the main bedroom
this was reported the week we moved in NOTHING GOT DONE ABOUT IT.
I could go .............

PLEASE BE VERY AWARE IF YOU WANT TO RENT A HOUSE FROM THIS LETTING AGENT AS IT WILL COST YOU IN MONEY AND A LOT OF STRESS.

What agent could do to change your mind?
They do very little work for the money they get. Never came out to fix anything with out it COSTING you something. PLEASE note that in 6 months I talked to 4 girls which manged the house (WHAT THAT TELL YOU) no one likes working for a company which had bad work ethics.
