Rented a house in Exeter through Stags for 10 months. It was a dreadful experience and I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.
The house had a problem with the hot water system which Stag's "handy" man didn't know how to fix therefore it never got fixed.
Stags are very poor at communication - many times email went unanswered from them.
They tried to charge us £100 on vacating for things like leaves blowing into the house when they opened the front door, someone bringing in glass on the sole of their show and paint splashes on the floor from Mr "handy".
Then they kept our deposit from us for a whole 2 months after even with us constantly asking for it and an update as to why there was a delay.
