Our experience of buying a house couldn't have been better. Due to various reasons we kept on arranging further viewings (to measure for carpets, furniture etc), but staff was always very pleasant and nothing was a problem. Any questions we had were answered promptly. We got emails to keep us up to date with what's going on. On completion, we got a call from them to let us know that keys are ready for a pick up 3 hours before our solicitor rang. Great service
