VERY impressed: I'd had a property on another agents files for nearly three months, property empty & not bringing any income in; I just felt the agents I'd been using just werent interested! So approached Bradley's. Joe Keep and his colleague Lisa Rayner ensured that my property was marketed and found a suitable tenant very quickly indeed. I am VERY impressed. I was given the impression that they were committed to finding a suitable tenant for me without undue delay; and I was very impressed also by the superior marketing of the property and the way I was kept constantly in touch with developments. For peace of mind, I went for the "full management" service and was reassured to know that my prospective tenant(s) would undergo proper checking and financial checks before being allowed into my property. I would heartily recommend Bradley's to prospective landlords, I cannot thank them enough. No landlord wants a property vacant for an extended period of time for all sorts of reasons let alone the monetary aspect; I now have my property let and tenants installed, and am very grateful indeed for their professionalism, expertise, and commitment to finding a suitable tenant for my property.
