Worst ever agent in Belfast... They take deposit on the first day itself once owner confirms application for intension of not returning it if tenancy application is not successful by any reason. And after referencing is successful and done somehow they reject application after 2 weeks using owners name.

Owner asked me to buy some of his stuffs e.g. sofa, chair, loanmover, and even used RUG, CURTAIN, GARBAGE BIN etc.

When i said I can't buy these thing, they threatened me if I don't buy these stuff then owner will withdraw my application. And they did same. wasted my 15 days. I have already given notice to my current homeowner.

Now i will be homeless because of McClarys...

I'll never call these women again! All of them, useless workers with no organisation or knowledge of their own work. I've called them 2x for a viewing on different occasions for different houses and they always say it's grand, scheduling you for it, but on the next day it's actually not OK at all because they had already received a deposit for the place and just forgot to do a proper search about the house when I've called to enquire. Last time I've been guaranteed the viewing is still up, after being cancelled the 1st time. So why am I wasting time with these joke of workers? So annoying to see this happening. I will never be interested on a house that's under this dumb agency, because I simply won't belive another word they say. Period!

The agent did not seem too concerned about showing the property, after viewing the property we immediately emailed our interest as to his instruction. 3 to 4 days later we were told the landlord preferred another client despite the fact we made no formal application, nor were ...
