I cannot thank Sarah & Becky enough for all their hard work in getting me my mortgage. We all know how difficult getting on the property ladder is and their helping hands have been invaluable through this process.

I had done lots of research whilst saving and already knew all the basics but I still wouldn't have my mortgage offer if it wasn't for Becky and Sarah. Buying a house is something I'd been working towards for almost 2 years and I thought it was still a long way off until I went and had a meeting with Sarah, she completely gave me the push I needed to stop talking about buying a house and actually doing it. Her knowledge of the market is priceless. She put me at ease and turned my can't in to can. She is approachable, friendly and down to earth. Less than a week after my meeting I had an offer accepted.

Sarah very promptly got all of my details off to the lender and my mortgage was applied for straight away so then it was over to Becky! :) Again straight away Becky was on the phone to me updating me and introducing herself and constantly chasing the lender for me. The market is extremely busy at the moment and my case wasn't exactly straight forward along with selecting the most competitive lender it proved to be a gruelling 4 weeks of swings and roundabouts but the dream team got me my offer! I really did feel like Becky cared about getting me that offer she worked non stop chasing updates and information to get me an answer. She offered details, solutions and a calming voice during the most stressful time and even took her computer home on her days off to check the status of my application.

It's been a difficult one including 3am emails (sorry Sarah) and tantrums (sorry Becky) but I had every faith they would deliver and they did. So in a nutshell I cannot recommend these 2 enough they have well and truly earned their 'Dream Team' status.
