AVOID AVOID AVOID! I tried to purchase a property though Hindmarsh and Partners. Between the estate agents and the vendor, they managed to get the house number of the property wrong. I therefore had all my solicitor searches, survey report, mortgage offer etc on the WRONG property! This cost me hundreds and hundreds of pounds and they will not rectify this mistake in any way! It is hard enough for young single people to get onto the property market and this mistake just goes to show how inadequate, inept and morally void Hindmarsh and Partners are. Avoid this estate agents like the plague.
