We have used Mansbridge & Balment for our last 2 sales and they have delivered a very personal, professional and friendly service. They are realistic estate agents who don't dazzle you with over the top valuations just to get you on their books. They are honest about what you are likely to get for your property which gives a feeling of confidence that you are not entering the market with an unachievable price. They also gave great advice on small things we could/should improve prior to commencing viewings, so our property was looking at its best. The brochure for our property was excellent, lovely pictures and great description. The service thereafter was excellent, regular postings in local property papers and pushed our property as much as possible. The online portal was great, where we could keep a track of viewings and subsequent feedback. And the negotiation phase once we had received some offers was excellent. We felt they were doing their best to help us achieve the price we wanted for our property. I have to mention Tony Carlton in particular as we felt he gave a very personal service and at all times, felt we were being given really good advice. But the whole team were fabulous and we were really impressed at everything they did. I also have to mention Ann Hall who co-ordinated the move. She was excellent, constantly keeping us up to date regarding the sale. All in all, I would totally recommend using Mansbridge & Balment if you want an honest, professional service.
