As the house sale has taken a number of years to complete, we have enjoyed a relationship with all members of staff at the Woolwell office as well as, latterly, Anne Hall. They are all professional, friendly and were totally engaged with achieving the sale, whether preparing the literature, attracting prospective buyers, taking viewings and providing feedback on all aspects of the process. In the latter stages of the sale, the inclusion of Anne Hall provided a far better overall picture of the state and progress of each part of the chain which was extermely useful. The staff's quick responsiveness was particularly evident after a buyer pulled out late in the sale and Kevin and Emily quickly organised further valuable viewings that translated into a new buyer and completion. We fully recommend this estate agent, especially this branch, to people who are looking at selling their own property.
