Sarah provided us with in-depth knowledge and expertise of the mortgage market, ensuring that we got the best deal. She worked extremely hard from the minute we met her until our mortgage application was approved. Sarah was very prompt within her searches for the best mortgage deal. She maintained high levels of contact throughout the mortgage application by means of telephone and email. Sarah responded to all our queries very quickly, putting our minds at ease. Her assistant, Becky Taylor also demonstrated high levels of response and communication at all times. Any question we had - she answered, or seeked further information and responded to us quickly. Becky has a lovely manner. She continued to put us at ease throughout the application with her calm and reassuring disposition. Becky kept us regularly updated and showed high levels of commitment by ensuring that things were done and mortgage lenders/underwriters were chased accordingly, ensuring a smooth mortgage application. Thank you Becky!
Not only is Sarah brilliant at her job, she's a lovely lady who shows a genuine interest in you as a person/family, ensuring that your mortgage is tailored to your needs and affordability. We would definitely recommend Sarah to anyone and will definitely be using her again in the future! Thank you Sarah!
