As luck would have it, we both sold our property and purchased our current one through Goldin Lemcke.
The sale process was fairly smooth and Lee kept us informed throughout.
The purchase was particularly fraught with issues surrounding the seller's solicitor. However Lee was extremely helpful in helping move this forward, as well providing support to us throughout the whole process.
He was professional, friendly and more than happy to help in any way he could.
I would thoroughly recommend Lee and Goldin Lemcke generally as competent and communicative agents who most definitely earnt their competitively priced fees.
