Joe provided excellent customer service right from our initial interest in looking for a house. A viewing was set up within 24 hours of the property we were interested in, and when we made the offer he was clear in terms of where we stood. Since the offer was accepted, the process of finalising has only taken a couple of months, and we've been regularly informed throughout this time. Thanks to Joe and Paul Wallace, we now have our first home together!
