A good experience from the start.
Mark Welton valued the property at a "realistic price" without under valuing our property, this meant we had plenty of viewings and three offers in a reasonably short period of time.
We had plenty of gadgets and niceties in our house such as electric blinds, boiling water tap and under lighting in the bathrooms. Lee was shown these features once and did a great job pointing out the fine detail on all viewings.
I don't intend to move for at least 10 years but if I was, I would be heading back to Goldin Lemcke as my agent.
