I saw loads of properties with a variety of agents over months whilst searching for a bigger flat. I found these guys to be very helpful, non-pestering/condescending, polite, and glad to discuss options. They never turned a hair when I dismissed a property after three visits and many discussions! They were always willing to do whatever they could to help.
