this was our first time selling a house, so it was pretty big mine field, i contacted helen,who promptly came out to see us, i was impressed with the professionalism of helen, and further on her team, they all gave me so much of their time, as i made a lot of enquires,they arranged all parties involved with the selling of the house.the house was sold in the first week.as we had sold our house we were now looking to rent , we were so delighted with team, their was only going to be 1 letting agent who we were going to go with on the letting front and that was penny lanes, as we had a short window to leave our home and rent, it was very worrying , but we were always reassured that the team would do everything, and they did, 2 days before we handed the keys in for our sold house , we were in our rented property, all stops were pulled out on that one , im sure,i worked for a letting agent, doing maintenance, so when i say penny lanes are up their with the best, you can be reassured, im very confident if you use penny lanes in any capacity , you wont be disappointed , well done everyone, thanks again
