Selling an empty property from 350 miles away is not an easy prospect so it was important that we chose a firm that we felt we could trust. The property was in need of complete refurbishment and we were very concerned about its saleability. From the initial point of contact we felt we were in the hands of a firm that put their clients first. Jake totally understood our position, was very helpful in terms of the insurance conditions, and gave us a realistic value. The property was well marketed with clear photographs and a 'come and get me' approach. The team did lots of accompanied viewings and very quickly got a prospective purchaser. Pat was amazing, with regular emails and phone calls she kept in touch over the long months it took to complete, she is a very patient and professional lady. Mention must also go to the rest of the team, especially Katie Wild, who also knew about the property when Pat was not available, a practice that other estate agents should adopt.
We have bought and sold a great number of houses over the years and based on our experiences I would definitely recommend this firm.

This was a fixed fee and well worth the amount of work they had to do.
