I have bought and sold houses on a number of occasions and have always been disappointed with the service, sadly even from other branches of Bradleys. However my experience of the Liskeard branch has been very good from start to finish. I saw a number of agents before deciding on Bradleys and I chose Bradleys because Nikki was the only one that seemed to be genuinely keen and interested in selling the property. Ironically it was Nikki that was the contact when the purchase was bought through Marshalls. Nikki was also the first agent I have encountered that actually put some effort into getting the best photographs possible, even going to the lengths of standing on a ladder in the middle of the road to get the best view of the property. I was aware that the property was not going to be an easy sale due to its quirkiness, but this did not deter Nikki and Page who continued to be enthusiastic through many viewings, and when the sale fell through the first time they were straight on the case arranging new viewings and within a short space of time secured a new buyer. The whole team were great with feed back after each viewing. Even once we had a buyer Nikki continued to push the process along and keep me informed, with other agents I have found that once a buyer has been found the agents do very little to keep the process moving and as the seller I have had to do lots of chasing of the agent.
Comment on agent fees
Not the cheapest, however the effort they put into selling my property and the service made it worth while
