After reviewing our options, we decided to sell our house with Paul Wallace as their knowledge of the area is brilliant and knew the layout of our home as well as we did.
To say our move was stressful is a severe understatement, in the space of time our home was on the market we lost 2 buyers in as many months but Paul Wallace ensured they hit their books and got more viewings through the door which meant we had more offers within a week of it going back on the market (both times.)
The communication we received was brilliant and always felt we were in the loop and all the staff are very friendly.
We originally debated using Purple Bricks for the sale but we are so relieved we didn't as the level of service we received would not have been forthcoming elsewhere and we almost certainly would have lost the property we had offered on.
Joe Solazzo was our main point of contact and we can't thank him enough, he really did go over and above for us to secure our buyers and the purchase of the property we wanted and gave us good honest advice. I regularly spoke to him on his days off if we had problems and even on his holiday in Dubai, even though we insisted on contacting one of the other guys so he could enjoy his holiday, he still sorted the issue for us! When our sale hit more complications, Joe even spoke with the unreasonable vendor of the house we were purchasing as their estate agents were of little use, he stayed in contact with us both (including chasing both sets of solicitors) to inform us of any developments and calmed the situation. Joe really is a credit to Paul Wallace with a wealth of knowledge and he really did save me from falling apart with the stress of it all.

We agreed a reduced rate with Paul Wallace which made them extremely good value for all the hard work they put in.
