As a tenant, one could not wish for a better Agent. Enquiries are dealt with in a most professional and expedient manner with the utmost efficiency.
One feels that, although acting on behalf of the Landlord, Clifford Dann is always ready and prepared to go the extra mile for the tenant - negotiating rental fees and ensuring the best outcome for both parties.
If only all Agents were to this calibre.

As a Tenant, the fees are most reasonable. Unlike some Agents, who shall remain nameless but insist on charging registration fees before even permitting a viewing, Clifford Dann are happy to show off their clients' properties to prospective tenant.
